We have the lines already drawn.
And just in time>>
The west bank has a bit of history the borderline needs to approved.

- After the 1948 Arab-Israeli war, Jordan took control of the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Encyclopedia Britannica+2Foreign Policy+2
- Jordan formally annexed the West Bank in 1950. This was recognized only by a few countries; most of the world did not recognize Jordan’s claim. Encyclopedia Britannica
- Citizenship for Palestinians in the West Bank
- Jordan granted Jordanian citizenship to many Palestinians living in the West Bank under its control. Foreign Policy+1
- 1967 War & Loss of the West Bank
- In the Six-Day War of 1967, Israel captured the West Bank and East Jerusalem from Jordan. Jordan lost control of those areas. Encyclopedia Britannica+1
- 1988: Jordan relinquishes legal and administrative claims
- In 1988, King Hussein formally announced that Jordan was relinquishing its claim to the West Bank, recognizing the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) as the representative of the Palestinian people. Foreign Policy
- 1994 Jordan-Israel Peace Treaty & the Land-Lease / Border Areas
- In the 1994 treaty, there were provisions regarding two border areas: Al-Baqura (also called the Island of Peace / Baqoura) and Al-Ghumar (or Al-Ghamr). These areas were Jordanian sovereignty, but the treaty allowed Israeli farmers to lease/use them under special rules. Jerusalem Post+3Wikipedia+3Al Jazeera+3
- In 2018, King Abdullah II gave notice that Jordan would not renew those leases, effectively ending those special arrangements. He said those lands are Jordanian and will remain so. Al Jazeera+1
Areas of controversy / “shady deals” & claims
- There are claims about land transactions (especially in the early-mid 20th century) between large landowners in Transjordan/Jordan and Zionist organizations. Some of those claims concern attempts to buy or lease land; others claim promises were made that were not fulfilled, or that land was transferred under terms that Palestinians see as unjust. But many of these claims are contested or lack clear documentation. The Times of Israel
- The “Kushner peace plan” (in more recent years) reportedly included suggestions of land swaps — possibly involving Jordan giving some land to a future Palestinian state in exchange for other land from Saudi Arabia. However, those are proposals (and leaked/potential proposals), not agreed deals. The Times of Israel+1
- Some people refer to the non-renewal of the leases for Al-Baqura and Al-Ghumar as “Jordan reclaiming its land,” and others view the original lease as Jordan having given too much to Israel. Whether that’s “shady” depends on perspective — it was part of an internationally-acknowledged treaty, but many Jordanians were unhappy with the arrangement. Al Jazeera+1
- There’s also the matter of King Abdullah II’s personal property holdings, offshore companies, etc., revealed in the Pandora Papers — though that is about personal wealth, not specifically land deals with Palestine. Some critics see issues of transparency, but not necessarily illegal or “shady” land transfers tied to Palestine. The Guardian.
That was from AI with prodding from my memory. A land and power grab by a King gone wrong. Now we have the land grab by USofA president.

I am pretty sure this the shady side of the deal. Too easy to call. To get it you already lost it. This one is humanity and it has no price tag. It IS. It doesn’t need violence. Doesn’t need that revenue. Doesn’t want that revenue.
